System Requirements

CINESLATE Desktop App

  • Operating system: Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. macOS support depends on the current published build availability.
  • Processor: modern multi-core Intel, AMD, or Apple silicon processor.
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM minimum; 16 GB or more recommended for large boards, high-resolution images, and video-heavy workflows.
  • Storage: at least 2 GB free for the app and working files; more space is recommended for media libraries, shared exports, cache files, and updates.
  • Display: 1366 x 768 minimum; 1920 x 1080 or higher recommended.
  • Graphics: hardware-accelerated graphics recommended for smoother previews, video boards, and large canvases.

Internet Requirements

  • Internet access is required for account login, license activation, license refresh, purchases, downloads, updates, shared links, feedback, and web services.
  • Some local editing may continue without internet after activation, but online features and license refresh may be unavailable until the connection returns.
  • Firewalls, VPNs, or network filters must allow access to CINESLATE website and license API domains.

Quickboard Lite

  • Browser: current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
  • Device: desktop or tablet recommended for drag-and-drop board editing. Mobile browsers may work but are not the primary editing target.
  • Exports: PNG and PDF export use browser canvas and memory, so very large boards or many high-resolution images may require more RAM.

Media And Export Notes

  • Supported media behavior depends on operating system codecs, browser support, and the current app build.
  • Large images, video posters, audio previews, HTML exports, PDF exports, and combined boards may require additional memory and processing time.
  • For best reliability, keep source media in accessible local folders and avoid moving or deleting files while a project is open.

AI And Smart Tools

AI-assisted and smart features may require additional local resources, optional model files, GPU support, or online services depending on the feature and build. Availability can vary by plan, device capability, and configuration.
