1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to the CINESLATE website, accounts, checkout pages, Quickboard Lite, shared links, support tools, downloads, updates, and other online services. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Related Terms
Your use of the desktop software is also governed by the License Agreement. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Refunds and cancellations are described in the Refund Policy.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us if you believe your account, license key, or shared-link access has been compromised.
4. Purchases And Subscriptions
Paid plans, subscriptions, lifetime purchases, trials, taxes, renewal dates, and cancellation options are presented during checkout or account management. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges for the plan you choose.
5. User Content
You keep ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that your projects, images, videos, text, comments, and uploads do not violate law or third-party rights. When you upload or share content through an online CINESLATE service, you grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, display, and support that content.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or security-invasive activity.
- Do not upload malware, exploit code, stolen content, or content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not attack, overload, scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or bypass security or license systems.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with CINESLATE.
7. Availability And Changes
We aim to keep the services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services for security, maintenance, legal, business, or product reasons.
8. Third-Party Services
CINESLATE may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment providers, hosting providers, email providers, fonts, media tools, and analytics services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Intellectual Property
CINESLATE, the CINESLATE logo, website content, product design, software, documentation, and service materials are owned by CINESLATE or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by these Terms, the License Agreement, or written permission.
10. Suspension Or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, abuse services, or use CINESLATE unlawfully. You may stop using the services at any time.
11. Disclaimers And Liability
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, production delays, or business interruption. Your mandatory consumer rights, if any, are not limited by these Terms.
12. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, plans, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
